Delete your account

An account is optional; it only syncs your study progress between devices. Deleting it removes your account, your synced progress and your purchase records with us. Purchases themselves stay with your Apple or Google account and can be restored.

In the app

1. Open CitizenCA and go to Profile.
2. Choose Account, then Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account and its data are deleted straight away.

By email

If you no longer have the app, write to support@citizenca.com from the email address on your account. We delete the account and its data within 30 days and confirm by email.
